The TEC CEO Roundtable program provides a monthly forum for TEC CEOs to discuss common business problems and to learn from other group members’ experiences in a closed environment. The primary objectives are building relationships and personal development. Roundtable members set the agenda for these monthly meetings, and the session leaders rotate. Topics have included: Business Valuation, Employee Handbooks, Standard Contracts and Acquisitions, Founder’s Role Change and Raising Capital. The group is limited in size and requires a commitment to regular participation.
