Rich has over 27 years of experience in manufacturing in various management positions including five years as a Director of Training in the electronics industry. Additionally, Rich owned and operated RG Supply & Service, an energy conservation company, as well as Total Quality Consulting, a quality and training consulting company. Rich specializes in the areas of Quality System Development, as well as ISO certification efforts and internal training program development and their integration into the manufacturing process. Rich has degrees in Electronics Technology and Business Management, and has an extensive background in electronics manufacturing, training, quality systems development, and manufacturing operations and is a certified ISO Lead Auditor.
