  • CEO and EIR mentor meet at regular intervals
  • Every CEO’s six-month action plan will be tailored specifically to their current situation
  • Most of the business-building activities will occur in parallel
    • Capital and Human Talent Acquisition
    • Networking
    • Intellectual Property
    • Market Validation
    • Opportunity Assessment, Competitive Analysis, and Business Plan
    • Business Launch (e.g. R&D Project Plan, Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Pipeline Review, Operations Plan, Financial Systems and Procedures
  • Establish an Advisory Board (3 to 4 members)
