HTR’s Lennox Tech Enterprise Center (TEC), a 50,000 sq. ft. Class A facility, offers cost-effective, flexible space at competitive market rates. Each office and suite is fully wired for voice and high-speed Internet connectivity. Choose from a furnished one or two-person office or a variety of suites from 700 to 4,000+ sq. ft. Services range from copiers and color printers to a sophisticated multimedia meeting center.

Early-stage and growth-stage technology-based companies may apply for admission to the Lennox Tech Enterprise Center.  Qualified businesses may become HTR Clients and enjoy the benefits of HTR's incubation or acceleration services.

The rental rate includes all physical space costs, except janitorial service.  Rent is payable monthly comprised of a fixed Base Rent and an Additional Rent.  Additional Rent varies annually based on actual cost experience.  Participation in HTR Client services - coaching, connections, commercialization, and community are included.  All suites are pre-wired for voice and data.  High-speed Internet access is available at favorable rates.

Executive Offices

Early-stage companies may choose the Executive Office area for their initial office needs, and participate in the full range of HTR Client services and programs. These furnished offices include: reception service, janitorial service and conference room access. Copier/fax, color printer and high-speed Internet access are also available at favorable rates. Executive Office terms are a minimum of six months.
