Janet Causyn, Client and Support Services Specialist

As HTR’s Client and Support Services Specialist, Janet’s responsibilities are varied in that she directly serves incubator clients and enables HTR to operate effectively and efficiently as a customer-focused organization.  She is the executive assistant to our President, administrative assistant to HTR’s staff, provides client support in billable administrative projects, and assists with document and presentation creation or refinement.  Janet also provides general office support and serves as the receptionist for HTR and for TEC client-tenants, and is frequently the first contact visitors meet.  She assists with our monthly InfoBytes and CEO Roundtable programs and manages the Multimedia Center, TEC’s fully-equipped meeting facility. 

Janet brings many years of experience in administrative support to HTR.  She holds an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies, and her background includes experience in property management, human resources, construction, security, insurance and marketing.
