Jackie Spiro, Operations Coordinator

As the Lennox TEC Operations Coordinator, Jackie Spiro oversees daily facility and network operations. In addition to this role, Jackie works closely with Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Terry Gronwall with the sales and leasing process for new clients.  New client companies receive personal attention through HTR’s facility simplicity, a turnkey approach to assist new companies with their move to Lennox TEC.  Additionally, Jackie is responsible for marketing the Multimedia Center, TEC's fully-equipped meeting room.

Jackie is also responsible for working with each new company to facilitate their move into TEC. She orients the company on available services and facility operations, and provides a turnkey move-in approach to make the company's move as simple as possible.

Jackie is also involved in the sales and leasing process, working closely with entrepreneur-in-residence, Terry Gronwall.  Additionally, Jackie markets the Multimedia Center, TEC's fully equipped meeting facility. With awareness of the Center growing, she stays busy assisting customers with their events.

A native of Buffalo, Jackie has a Bachelor degree in Theatre Arts from SUNY Fredonia. During her career in professional theatre she worked at several other New York area theatres. After 12 years in the New York metro area, she decided to make her home here in Rochester. She is currently involved with Blackfriars Theatre and sings with the Gregory Kunde Chorale.
