HTR Entrepreneur Affiliate Program

The HTR Entrepreneur Affiliate Program was created to provide the advantages of business incubation resources to entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses that are not currently tenants at the Lennox Tech Enterprise Center or the Rochester BioVenture Center.

Entrepreneurs and new venture start-ups may take advantage of a corporate address that projects a professional image, access to conference rooms and short-term workspace, connections to technical and business research resources, as well as advisory services from HTR staff members and Entrepreneurs-In-Residence (EIRs).

The program also provides Affiliates with access to HTR client-only events and a significant discount on one of the best entrepreneurial training programs in the state.

Affiliate Service and Facility Program Offering

• One-on-one Business plan review and development coaching
• Sales and Marketing research, strategy,
• plan, and tactical advice
• Presentation skills training and feedback
• 50% discount on The Entrepreneurs Network (TEN)Training program tuition
• Conference room reservation, on a space
• available basis, at Lennox TEC Center or the Rochester BioVenture Center
• Wireless Internet connectivity at Lennox TEC 
• Business support services:
  • Cubicle area/hoteling space at Lennox TEC or BioVenture Center (as available)
  • Lennox or BioVenture Center mailbox and courier package receiving
  • Photocopying, color printing and fax (usage charges apply)
• Participation in HTR Client-only and entrepreneurial community events
• Linkages with regional research and development organizations for product engineering and prototyping services
• Referrals to appropriate accounting, legal, and marketing professionals

Program Fee
$500 per six-month term (payable upon acceptance into the program)
Program fees are non-refundable.

Use of HTR Affiliate Program services is limited to advisory level support. Should there be situations where more intensity of involvement is required by HTR personnel, such as: market research projects, business plan creation, or sales strategy and training, your primary HTR staff contact will provide you with a written proposal for the additional anticipated effort.
