Administrative ServicesTEC client-tenants can be more productive if they can depend on resources outside their companies for certain projects. Lennox Tech Enterprise Center can provide assistance for a variety of administrative, clerical, and support functions. These are services that are outside the scope of facilities rental and business success services. Our capabilities and pricing are described below.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We intend to complete every project to your complete satisfaction. That means that we will do what you ask and deliver the completed work on time. If you are not satisfied, tell us what is wrong and we will fix it promptly. If the work is late or not acceptable, tell us why and there will be no charge.
SERVICES
Word Processing
TEC staff can solve any word processing need that you have. We work in MS Word XP. Examples include: - General typing
- Transcription
- Business plan typing and formatting
- Reports
- Form creation and formatting
- Sales proposals
We supply the plain paper, the black and white printer, and the labor. If the project needs stationary or special paper you supply it, or the TEC staff can procure it and bill you actual cost. Your completed project Word file can be provided upon request.
Cost: $16.00 per hour Turnaround time: 1-2 business days, faster if possible
Powerpoint Presentations
We can create slide presentations based on your needs. All work is done in MS PowerPoint XP. Examples include: - Slide creation and formatting
- Animation
Presentations can be delivered electronically, or on transparencies that you supply. Alternatively, we can obtain the transparencies and bill you for the cost.
Cost: $16.00 per hour + $0.60 per transparency (if required)
Mailings/Mail Merge Projects
Our staff can eliminate the burden of mailings. We can mail-merge your letters and labels and handle mailings in the range of 10 to 100 recipients per project. Larger mailings are more cost-efficient if they are outsourced (see us for recommended sources). You may provide us with labels or we can obtain them for you. Our services include: - Fold, insert, and seal mail materials using your literature and envelopes
- Create labels from an existing database
- Create a database and labels from print material
- Create personalized mailings using MS Word mail merge
Cost: $16.00 per hour + $0.30 per sheet of in-stock labels (if required) Turnaround Time: 1-2 business days, faster if possible In-stock labels:

We can help you save time by doing a variety of labor-intensive projects. We invite you to ask for help. Examples include: Copying projects Leave us the originals and the instructions. We will give you collated sets or stapled sets. Cost: $0.11 per page (white), $0.13 per page (oversize) Maximum job size: 1000 copies (example, 20 originals and 50 copies)
Outbound multiple fax Leave us the originals and instructions including phone and fax numbers. Cost: $0.30 for local or domestic long distance faxes, and $1.50 for first page and $0.25 additional pages international faxes
Business card data entry You really should get all those business cards into your contact manager. We can do it for you. We will enter the card information plus an identifying field (for instance, "Spring COMDEX'). We will return your choice of a text file or an MS Outlook file. Cost: $0.35 per card
