About New VenturesHTR's New Ventures program began with the opening of the Lennox Tech Enterprise Center in 1997. Since that date, HTR has welcomed over 50 companies to TEC, and has graduated approximately half that number. Our New Ventures program is focused around the three key aspects of business growth with a variety of services targeted to companies at each level of growth. The three key areas are Creation, Incubation, and Acceleration. Our business support philosophy is based on developing a close partnership with our Client companies -- we work to be your trusted business partners, not just advisors. We share in the pride of your successes and the frustration of your challenges, rather than simply watching and coaching from the sidelines. Our model is one of surrounding you and your team with the resources you need to be successful. This begins with your being assigned an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) mentor who serves as your "first-responder" when you need assistance. Your EIR will be your coach, your mentor, your cheerleader, your friend, and also your connection to securing additional resources, whether you need help with market sizing, deal negotiation, capital readiness, or any of a vast array of challenges.
