Mike Perrotta

Michael Perrotta has been a serial entrepreneur, beginning in 2000 with his own start up, and has held positions such as CEO, CFO, COO.  As ComSynTech CFO/COO, Michael brought the company public and established major relationships with industry leaders for the acquisition of technology developed by the company.  He has also been Director of Manufacturing at Newscale Technologies in Rochester NY, building the required infrastructure for the unique business requirements for that company. 

Michael has held leadership positions in the digital imaging industry for the past 15 years and recently developed partner and channel programs for the imaging software service company, Equilibrium Technologies as Director of Business Development.  Prior to this, Michael was CEO and co-founder of ShareMyPictures, a technology start up in Rochester NY that enabled the direct upload of images from digital cameras to the Internet. At Cal Comp Technologies Michael held positions including General Manager, European Operations; Vice President, Operations and Worldwide Service; and Acting General Manager, Digital Printing Division.  His responsibilities included worldwide supply chain, manufacturing, inbound and outbound logistics and distribution, engineering, sales, and commercializing new technology electronic ink jet products.  At Eastman Kodak Company Michael held several key positions, including Operations Manager of the Document Scanning Business and Operations Manager for the Micrographics Equipment business. 

He holds an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business of the University of Rochester, an engineering degree from Syracuse University, and a BA in history from LeMoyne College in Syracuse NY.
