As Director of Sales and Marketing of Consler, prior to the acquisition by Graver Technologies, Herb and his team doubled the size of the company from $5 million to $10 million. Much of that growth came from developing a network of international sales agents from the ground up. He also developed partner relationships to have products manufactured under contract outside the U.S. for delivery in international markets.
Before pursuing entrepreneurship, Herb spent 13 years in various sales and marketing positions for Eastman Kodak Company. He lived in Germany for over three years, directing an expatriate sales force that developed millions of dollars in U.S. government contracts.
